‘El Grand Prix’ premieres a new season this Monday (10:05 p.m.) on La 1 de TVE. The programme presented by Ramón García includes almost twice as many games this summer as last year, with a total of 31 fun challenges. The first brave ones to face them will be the neighbours of Bembibre (León) and Almacelles (Lleida), encouraged by Leo Harlem and Lorena Castell as sponsors. Among this year’s new features are fun proposals such as ‘Welcome to Tartópolis’, where players will have to throw pies in the faces of the neighbours from the rival village, ‘Champions Prix’, a giant human table football in which the teams will have to blow on the ball, ‘Wikipeques’, a three-generation game in which godparents and older people from the villages will join forces to guess a concept that the children of the Grand Prix will describe in their own way, ‘Los Recogecocos’, where players will be seen climbing a giant floating palm tree, exciting gymkhanas such as ‘Superplumbers’, with jumping players, or ‘Operation Meow Meow’, a race against the clock to rescue a little kitten and return it to its mother. And all this without giving up classic tests such as ‘The hot potato’, ‘The crazy logs’ or ‘The dictionary’.
For its part, Telecinco is betting tonight on a ‘No Man’s Land’ gala of ‘Survivors: All Stars’ (10:00 p.m.)The contestants will face a key moment in the contest that could determine the success of one of them in the rest of the adventure: the fight for the Golden Trident, the most important privilege of the entire ‘All Stars’ edition, which will distinguish its winner as ‘leader of leaders’ and will allow him to leave the list of nominees and change for another partner at any time during his time in the Cayos Cochinos.
