‘La promesa’ returns after the Olympic Games with Manuel and Jana resuming their wedding plans

Jana tells Manuel how they faked Pía’s death, and Catalina asks him to be the one to tell her parents that she has gone in search of Pelayo. After speaking with Curro, Martina tells her mother that she agrees to her marrying Ayala, but he does not seem willing to forget what happened so easily.
