Court will see demands from former presidents Humala and Toledo in public hearing

The Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court (TC) will meet in public hearing next Monday, March 25 and according to schedule, it will see 21 constitutional processes, among them, lpresented by former presidents Ollanta Humala and Alejandro Toledo.

The hearing will be held in two shifts, the first will begin at 9:00 a.m. and in this session the referee plans hear the arguments of the lawyers in seven habeas corpus proceedings and four amparo proceedings.

The Plenary of constitutional Court (TC) will meet in public hearing next Monday, March 25 and according to schedule, will see 21 constitutional processes, among them, those presented by former presidents Ollanta Humala and Alejandro Toledo.

The hearing will be held in two shifts, the first will begin at 9:00 a.m. and in this session the panel plans to hear the arguments of the lawyers in seven habeas corpus and four amparo proceedings. Toledo went to the TC so that this instance could order his transfer to a clinic in order to undergo various medical procedures.

The plenary session is made up of judges Francisco Morales Saravia (president), Luz Pacheco Zerga (vice president), Gustavo Gutiérrez Ticse, Helder Domínguez Haro, Manuel Monteagudo Valdez, César Ochoa Cardich and Pedro Hernández Chávez.
