Sanchismo has clung to a tightrope-walking maxim – from defeat to defeat until final victory – but this eroding game necessarily affects governability. This extreme-right categorization of Von der Leyen's subsidiary party should begin to be reversed and the coherence of pacts that, despite this trumpeting of demagoguery, have strengthened the construction of Europe, should be transferred to the national level. Two requirements to reverse this trend of a shrinking party: vocation for centrality and opening of bridges so that consensus is forged in the sense of State.
