Gustavo Salas indicated that the interior of the store has not been completely entered due to because firefighters continue to remove debris and it must be guaranteed that the structure is safe for the entry of experts.
The investigation will include a review of the conditions of the building, possible emergency exits and electrical systems.. He stressed that the expert reports will be carried out rigorously to clarify how the events occurred and determine responsibilities.

The Waldo’s company regretted what happened and expressed its solidarity with the people affected and their families, and assured that his team is providing support in these circumstances.
The company noted that the causes of the incident are being investigated by local authorities. and affirmed that he will collaborate in a transparent and responsible manner in whatever is required.
