President Donald Trump ordered his assistants to investigate whether the former president’s staff Joe Biden conspired to hide information about his health to the public and promulgated some executive measure without the knowledge of his predecessor.
The memorandum, published on Wednesday, orders an investigation by the president’s lawyer in consultation with the United States Attorney General and the bosses of all the relevant agencies and cites the use by Biden of an automatic pen to sign documents.
