The worst news was confirmed this Tuesday, even though investigators were hopeful that she was taking refuge somewhere. The Buenos Aires Police, with the work of DDI investigators in the area since yesterday, found a body on the side of a lake in Necochea in the context of the search for Débora Bulacio del Valle (39)about whom nothing was known since Saturday. Later, sources in the case confirmed to Infobae that the corpse is that of the wanted woman.
“The body was found in the area bordering Swan Lake on the buried sand“, the sources of the case specified to this medium, and summarized: “It’s terrible”.
The place where Débora’s buried remains were found is meters from the access to the campsite Miguel Lillo where she was last seen alive on Saturday and where this Tuesday two sisters and an aunt of the victim, who was the mother of three children, were waiting for news. It is between the area between 2nd Avenue and 72nd Street, located meters from the sea.
The victim’s partner has been detained since Monday in a case that was initially investigated as a femicide and carried out by the prosecutor Walter Pierretéguifrom the Necochea Gender UFI, and Judge Guarantees Aida Ihuez.
Débora and the man who is now imprisoned for the femicide, and who had refused to testify before the prosecutor in the case, had arrived in Necochea from the Buenos Aires town of Villa Cacique to rest. This is how they settled at the Miguel Lillo campsite.
The serene Saturday of the place saw them arguingbut he saw no blows. That same day was the last time that Débora communicated with her family: “She told one of her children by message that her partner had stuck, left a black eye and loosened a tooth“, they described the evidence that led the prosecutor and the judge this Monday to accuse and arrest the suspect for femicide even though it was not yet known whether Débora was dead.
The investigators did not lose hope of finding her alive, but The signs told them the opposite.: On Saturday night, Débora’s family had no more news about her and on Sunday morning The campsite’s night watchman reported the woman’s disappearance.
“He said he didn’t see anyone in the area where they were camping on his 4 o’clock patrol, but Yes, the detainee was alone in the morning and, added to the previous discussion, he preferred to report it,” they said and that was when the alerts were activated.
Thus, the search operation began that involved around 80 agents and in which the Buenos Aires Police, Civil Defense, Park Rangers and Ecological Police worked.
In this context, they found scattered clothing, such as specific leggings; slippers at the top of a tree and another at the base; and Deborah’s clothes stained with what would be blood and which is now being analyzed.
Meanwhile, the suspect was caught on Monday: He had injuries consistent with scratches.
The window that they analyze as the probable one in which the crime occurred is from 10 p.m. on Saturday until 8 a.m. on Sunday when they saw the man leave the campsite alone.
In dialogue with the press, this Tuesday the prosecutor Pierretégui regretted that they were more committed to finding her alive and that, unfortunately, the evidence that there was already in the case was confirmed. He also explained that the body was found buried and dressed and that The accused did not agree to a psychological and psychiatric examination.
“The detainee handed over the cell phone pattern and data in his favor was found on the phone, with calls to her in the early hours of Sunday February 9,” the official confirmed and then added: “It would seem that they were after having committed the act”.
“The carp was in some bushes on a dune, hiddenin an area near the fishermen’s pier,” added the prosecutor and evaluated the work of the rakes in an area of about 3 kilometers.
