These are the world’s largest companies outside the United States

A new Visual Capitalist analysis, with data from Companies Market Cap and Forbes Global 2000, revealed which are the 50 largest companies in the world outside the United States. The list, with August 5 this year, combines three key indicators: market value, Annual income and net profits. Saudi Aramco, TSMC, Tencent, ICBC and SAP are the companies that lead.

Saudi Aramco remains the largest company outside the US, with a stock capitalization of US $ 1.6 billion. The oil company reported revenues for US $ 480.2 billion and profits for US $ 105,000 million, consolidating its leadership in size and profitability.

TSMC of Taiwan is still on the list. It is the largest world manufacturer of semiconductors, with a value of US $ 1.2 billion and profits of US $ 40.3 billion. In the third place appears the technological giant Tencent Holdings of China, with a stock assessment of US $ 648.8 billion.

China is one of the countries with the greatest weight in the ranking. Its four great banks, ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Bank of China, appear in the first 15 positions with income that exceed US $ 190,000 million each.

Europe also has weight representatives. SAP (Germany) and ASML Holding (Netherlands) stand out in software and semiconductors, while luxury and pharmaceutical companies complete the European presence in Top 50.
