Caracas, March 19 (EFE).- The National Assembly (AN, Parliament) of Venezuela, dominated by Chavismo, postponed this Thursday to a next session the second discussion necessary for the approval of the mining bill, a reform that could open the sector to private and foreign investment, given the express interest of the United States in Venezuelan gold.
