Guru Lab It is, more than a restaurant, a laboratory of eating and drinking where a select group of international and innovative chefs and mixologists are dedicated to developing new flavors. In a unique space in which a maximum of 20 diners gather around a single table, this space linked to the famous Salmon Guru cocktail bar offers two ways to experience Christmas, adapted to different moments and styles of celebration.

On the one hand, the Lab Menu, priced at €85 per person, it is a closed option that includes five passes – appetizer, three starters, main and dessert – and has a maximum duration of between 1.5 and 2 hours. On the other hand, the Guru Menu, with a price of €110 per person, it is designed for groups that want a broader and more personalized experience at any time of the week. In this second case, the duration and rhythm are completely flexible, adapting to the group’s preferences. Either menu is available during lunch and dinner times, with a minimum of 10 people.

Papagenahe Royal Theater restaurant located on the sixth floor of the emblematic building, and with privileged views of the Royal Palacepresents several Christmas menu options. This proposal, signed by the chef Ramón Freixaand designed for groups of ten people or more, it has a variety of exquisite starters, such as the royal of young almonds with translucent amaretto and herring roe mousse; as well as numerous options for very special main dishes, including the iconic sirloin Wellington or royal oxtail with roasted pumpkin puree and sprouts. Its three options, available starting December 1, have prices ranging from €83.50 up to €87.50 per person, without VAT included.

In Buggiesthe most Andalusian restaurant of the group, the proposal is based on three different menus. The starters include preparations such as taquito ham salad, Malaga avocado “in reverse”, tripe with Andalusian chickpeas, pringá croquettes or millefeuille with foie and goat cheese. Among the main dishes, options such as acorn-fed Iberian pork, grilled old cow sirloin or sea bass loin stand out, accompanied by classic sauces and garnishes. The sweet section includes reinterpreted Andalusian pastry references, such as Payoyo cheesecake, Andalusian torrija with vanilla ice cream or passion fruit tocino de cielo.

To complete the experience, each menu includes a selection of wines with an Andalusian accent and cocktails made with sherry, manzanilla or brandy, which evoke the character of the south in every glass. The Prices are €65, €70 and €80 respectively. All menus will be available from November 15 to January 5 in the group’s different restaurants, both for lunch and dinner.

For its part, BiBo celebrates the holidays with three proposals that combine Andalusian roots and international influences, faithful to its global brasserie spirit. The menus revolve around the great classics of the house, with dishes such as Russian salad with fried quail eggs, almadraba red tuna tartare, oxtail brioche, Iberian pluma with charcuter sauce or roast cod. Each menu is accompanied by a careful selection of national and international wines, as well as a welcome cocktail created exclusively for the occasion. The price of each menu is €65, €70 and €80.

Lastly, in Sea Lion, Dani Garcia invites you to celebrate Christmas with the flavor of the ocean as a common thread. Its proposal consists of three menus focused on the freshness of the product and the Mediterranean essence, with starters such as guacamole finished at the table with crystal shrimp, tuna and shrimp salad or tuna steak carpaccio. Among the main ones, recipes such as grilled red tuna mormo or sirloin or grilled sea bass loin, all three with roteña-style potatoes and fresh live lettuce salad. The desserts, such as the cheesecake with black truffle or the fresh cheese cake, maintain the line of sobriety and elegance that characterizes Lobito de Mar.

Each menu features a winery selected for the occasion, with Atlantic white wines, Mediterranean red wines and welcome cocktails designed to accompany the experience. The prices of the three menus are €70, €75 and €80 respectively. A proposal that pays tribute to coastal products and the relaxed spirit of celebrations by the sea.

Benares, the only Indian restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide In Spain, it has established itself as the great reference for traditional Indian gastronomy in the capital. Located on Zurbano Street, the restaurant offers an experience designed to be shared, with authentic recipes, prepared with care, and faithful to the cultural and culinary richness of the Indian subcontinent.
