The Red Cross Lottery only carries out one draw each week every Tuesday at 10:55 p.m..
The Red Cross Lottery has a main premium plan which offers more than 50 main prizes, which are as follows:
A jackpot of 7,000 billion of pesos.
A dry of 200 million of pesos.
Four dry 100 million of pesos.
10 dry 30 million of pesos.
15 dry 20 million of pesos.
20 dry 10 million of pesos.
On special occasions (usually the first drawing of each month), the Red Cross Lottery offers another alternative bonus plan in which the number of winners decreases, but increases the amount drawn and works as follows:
A jackpot of 8 billion of pesos.
A dry of 100 million of pesos.
Four dry 50 million of pesos.
Five dry 30 million of pesos.
18 dry 20 million of pesos.
In this alternative prize plan, variations are sometimes made, including non-series winners and even in-kind prizes such as a luxury car.
To all of the above we must add the other prizes that the Red Cross Lottery awards for different combinations and approaches.
Take good care of your ticket, it is very important that you do so because it is the official receipt to collect the prize in case you are a winner, keep it in a safe place and try not to mistreat it.
Remember that you only have 30 dayscounted from the day following the celebration of the corresponding contest, to claim your prize.
In order to win the Red Cross Lottery, you require at least 5 thousand pesos to buy one of its three fractions. If you want the complete ticket you can purchase it for 15 thousand pesos.
There are several options to get the fraction or the entire ticket. You have the opportunity to get it with your trusted lottery or at any of the authorized distributors located in 31 departments of the country and in the city of Bogotá. You can also purchase it online, on the official Lottired and LotiColombia pages.
Subsequently, you must choose your lucky number made up of four digits and its respective three-digit series.
Once you have purchased the ticket or the fraction with the lucky number, you have to wait for the results to be published the following Tuesday night and check if any of the prizes were obtained.
To claim your prize you need to present the original ticket or fraction without deletions or amendments to the sellers, distributors or at the Red Cross Lottery offices.
If you have won the jackpot or any of the prizes, you must preferably present it at the Red Cross Lottery offices with some official identification document.
It is essential to keep the original Red Cross Lottery ticket in good condition to be able to claim any prize, since it is the legal document that certifies the right to collect it.
The ticket cannot have any deletions, amendments or physical damage, as any deterioration could invalidate the payment. Additionally, it must be protected in a safe, dry place from purchase to the time of claim to ensure its legibility and authenticity.
To claim the prize, the winner must present the original ticket and a valid identification document, such as a citizenship card.
In the case of smaller prizes, they can be collected at authorized points or official distributors, but for larger prizes it is mandatory to go to the main offices of the Red Cross Lottery, located in Bogotá.
It is important to carry out the procedure within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the day following the draw, which is the legal term to claim the prize, according to Decree 2975 of 2004.
