This response fueled speculation about whether the channel’s videos and comments were prepared for publication before the drug trafficker’s arrest.
According to the dynamics of the channel, the next video to be published will be on Friday, however, it is unknown if said material would already be prepared as stated by one of its main detractors, another content creator called Camilo Ochoa, who affirms that it is probable that two or three more videos have been filmed, while the person who manages the networks would supposedly be a third party in charge who would have access to the account.
The connection between Damaso López Serrano and Okra Leaks was suggested by the journalist specialized in drug trafficking Luis Chaparrowho stated that the US authorities unofficially confided to him that they have identified López Serrano and his brother Jesús as those responsible for the YouTube channel. However, it has not been determined whether they participate directly in the creation of the content or if they only finance the operation.
