Miss Universe It is one of the most recognized and traditional beauty pageants internationally, founded in 1952 with the premise of highlighting the elegance, capabilities and social commitment of women from various countries. Each edition serves as a showcase of female empowerment, cultural diversity and the evolution of beauty ideals in the world.
The 74th edition of the contest will have its final gala on November 21, 2025 at the Impact Arena in Pak Kret, Thailand, but in Latin American countries it will be broadcast today, Thursday the 20th. For the first time, a representative from Palestineand the competition will feature first-time candidates and the return of historically absent countries.
The contest also presents new features such as the crown “Lumière de l’Infini”created by the Filipino house Jewelmer, which incorporates golden pearls from the South Sea and has a value close to five million dollars.
During the final, the format includes the selection of semi-finalists, who parade in a swimsuit, evening dress and answer questions from the jury. The goal of the night is to choose the woman who embodies not only beauty, but also the ability to inspire and lead internationally.
