The relationship between Melcochita and Heydi Amado continues to generate controversy in the Peruvian show. This time, the controversy took an even more delicate turn after the 22-year-old’s father appeared publicly to reject his daughter’s romance with the 89-year-old comedian and express his discomfort with the way in which the romantic bond between the two began.
During the recent edition of Magaly TV La Firmethe driver Magaly Medina presented a report on the media relationship and revealed the statements of the father of Heydi, Miguel Amadowho made his position on romance clear.
Heydi’s father did not hide his indignation when speaking about the issue and described his daughter’s relationship with the renowned Peruvian comedian as an unacceptable situation for him.
“That for me this is an antics and I don’t agree with any of this. Obviously not. What dad is going to agree with everything that is happening? Would you as a dad agree with everything that is happening? I ask you“, he said visibly uncomfortable.
However, beyond the age difference, one of the aspects that most bothers Miguel Amado it’s the way the romance would have developed. As explained in the report Magaly TV, Heydi He came approximately two and a half years ago to live in the house of Melcochita and Monserrat Seminario, ex-partner of the comedian. During that time, they lived together as a family and shared different daily moments.
“Mr. Miguel Amado, forty-six years old, is Melcochita’s father-in-law. For him it is inconceivable, not only because of the age difference, but he cannot believe that the comedian brought Heidi into his house to treat her like a daughter and three years later makes her his lover.”said the report.
It was precisely that detail that caused one of the most forceful statements from the young woman’s father. Miguel Amado harshly questioned Melcochita’s attitude and assured that he would never look at the daughter of someone who opened the doors of their home to him in any other way.
“If I go to your house and you open the door for me, even if your wife opened it for me, I will never look at your daughter, ever. If I look at her, that girl I look at her like a daughter”, he expressed.
The program also recalled that, as Monserrat Seminario previously said, Heydi even called her “mom” when they lived in the same house. This context further increased the criticism and confusion of the young woman’s father.
Finally, Magaly Medina also gave her personal opinion on the controversy and claimed to fully understand the position of Heydi Amado’s father.
“That his daughter went to live in Melcochita and Monserrat’s house, and that there arose this bond, this chemistry that has ended with the two of them, him leaving his house, leaving Monserrat, she also leaving that house in which she lived and the two of them going to live together as a romantic couple. Of course, I think we have to agree with the dad.“said the driver.
In addition, he added that for many parents it is difficult to accept such a situation due to the age difference and the context in which the romance was born.
“Without a doubt he is the father and that is not what he wants for his daughter. He thinks Melcochita’s actions are very bad. For many parents, then, for an adult of that age to fall in love with such a young girl, whom his wife had brought into the house to be with the girls, is something disrespectful, something that should not be done, because here the adult, the one of legal age, the experienced one, was Melcochita.”, concluded Magaly Medina.
