Intense rains are expected in the regions of Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas, accompanied by showers and electrical discharges in the southeast of Mexico. In addition, a “North” event is expected with wind gusts of between 80 and 100 km/h in areas of Tamaulipas and Veracruz, as well as winds of 70 to 80 km/h on the coast of Tamaulipas. In the northeast of the country, rain, electric shocks and winds of 50 to 60 km/h are expected, while the northwest and north will register wind gusts of 40 to 60 km/h.
