Ingredients
- 4 small lemons.
- Zest of half a lemon.
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- Honey to taste to sweeten (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons, adjustable).
- 1 cup of water.
Preparation:
- Peel the lemons and cut them into small pieces, removing the seeds.
- Place the lemon pieces in a pot, add the cup of water and the zest of half a lemon.
