A Peruvian citizen, accused of sexual abuse against the daughter of his ex-partner, it was extradited to Argentina after being located in the city of Tacna, Peru. His transfer took place this Thursday, in compliance with directives from the Ministry of Security.

The research dates back to events that occurred between 2013 and 2020period during which the accused resided in Argentina.

According to information published by Argentine Newsthe complaint maintains that the man would have sexually abused the youngest daughter of his ex-partnertaking advantage of the moments when the mother left the girl in her care for work reasons.

The seriousness of the events motivated the intervention of the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 53in charge of Erica Uhrlandtwho ordered the international arrest of the suspect.

The search for the fugitive intensified due to the collaboration between the Federal Investigation Division of Fugitives and Extraditions and Interpol-Peru.

The exchange of information between both countries made it possible to gather key data for the location of the accused. The Argentine authorities expanded the investigations through cyber patrols, managing to identify the requested person through a profile on the social network Facebookwhere he appeared with his family in the Peruvian city of Tacna.

Given the possibility that the fugitive tried to cross Boliviathe officers asked the intervening court to manage the referral of the arrest request through diplomatic channels. This measure sought to ensure the capture of the accused in the event that he left Peruvian territory.

Finally, in compliance with the international commitments assumed by the Argentine State and the provisions of the judiciary, a police commission traveled to Peru to assume custody and transfer of the detainee. The accused is already in Argentina, where he must face the corresponding judicial process.

The coordination between the security forces and the Justice of both countries was decisive in completing the extradition and guaranteeing that the accused responds to Argentine law.

The Justice dictated preventive detention for a 46-year-old man accused of raping a carny in Mar del Plata after having regained freedom after serving a previous sentence for sexual abuse. The victim remains hospitalized under medical observation, while the judicial investigation progresses.

The accused was located and arrested on October 29 in a rural area of the district of Balcarceat kilometer 294 of provincial route 29, after the judge Rosa Frende issued an arrest warrant hours before, according to reports The Capital. The police officers took him to the Penitentiary Unit No. 44 of Batánwhere it was housed at the disposal of the Guarantees Court No. 3.

The reconstruction of the events, carried out by the Women and Family Police Station and the twelfth police station, allowed the gathering of evidence that supports the accusation of aggravated sexual abuse. The investigation determined that the attack occurred between the night of October 22 and the morning of the 23rd, in a home in Almirante Brown at 8800. There, the ex-convict prepared dinner and offered the victim an alcoholic drink; The woman said she felt sick and lost consciousness. When she woke up, she reported that she had been raped.

The doctors who treated the victim in the Interzonal General Acute Hospital (HIGA) confirmed injuries compatible with extremely violent sexual abuse and found plastic container caps in their cavities, according to the investigation. After the first attack, the attacker took the woman to her sister’s house and, the next day, took her to his own home in Rosales 6000, where he raped her again before leaving her.

The victim, who was unaware of the man’s criminal record, filed a complaint with the hospital police station after managing to ask for help. The accused had obtained the assisted release less than four months before completing a sentence of nine years in prison for sexual abuse, issued in May 2018 by the Oral Criminal Court No. 4. The granting of that benefit was revoked after the complaint and the arrest request.
