‘Men’s Health’ has revealed the cover of its January issue, starring Grison, well-known collaborator of ‘The Resistance’ and ‘The Revolt’ this Monday, December 23. After more than two months of constant work between physical exercises and a strict diet, the comedian has achieved an impressive physical change that has not left anyone indifferent. “I have lost ten kilos with the foolishness. “I’m at my peak.”Grison expressed during his interview with the magazine.

However, his big change has not come now, but throughout his career in ‘La Resistencia’. The comedian has undergone an incredible global transformation that not only affects his physique, but also his lifestyle and mentality. “I have a base of young people until I was in my twenties, who did swimming and maintained myself more, but until I was 40 nothing”Grison confessed.

The comedian’s transformation was supervised by a team of experts that included Aarón Santos, a specialized fitness trainer, and Roberto Oliver, a clinical nutritionist. The two designed a comprehensive plan for Grison that combined specific exercises with a personalized diet. As a result, the musician managed to lose 10 kilos and reduce 8 centimeters from his abdominal perimeter, results that he proudly showed off on the cover of the magazine.

“I have never seen myself like that in my life. Just like I am now? In fucking life!he declared excitedly. With his characteristic humor, he recalled: “If I was there at 20 years old eating chocolate palm trees, playing Pro Evolution… I think I had gone maybe 15 years without being below 80 kilos. I started the challenge with 87 and yesterday I weighed myself and I was at 77”he explained.

Despite his achievements, Grison keeps his feet on the ground and does not stop joking about his transformation.“At 40 years old, the mortgage paid, the children, the wife… Being handsome no longer serves me any purpose, man. That’s cool when you’re 30, when you’re 20. But when you’re 40… But, well, it’s okay, man. “Physical appearance and having a good presence always help”he reflected.

This challenge not only represents a physical improvement for Grison, but also a starting point to adopt healthier and more sustainable habits in the long term. “This is the beginning. This is the way. The beginning of a new lifestyle of not so much excess and of, well, screw it, of not going back since it has cost me so much,” said the comedian.
