Google has launched the new Pixel 10aa cell phone that offers advanced functions at a price considered accessible by the company: $499. The Pixel 10a features a 48 MP main camera and a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
It is the A series model that uses the largest amount of recycled materials to date, including recycled cobalt, copper, gold and tungsten for the first time.
The device features a 100% recycled aluminum frame with a satin finish and a plastic back cover made of 81% recycled materials.
Users can now reserve this Google model. It should be noted that it will be available in physical and virtual stores starting March 5, 2026.
The Google Pixel 10a is equipped with the Google Tensor G4 chipcustom developed to offer full access to Gemini, the personal assistant with artificial intelligence.
For example, it can run features like Gemini Live, which allows you to have fluid, natural conversations right from your device.
Additionally, you can experiment with Nano Banana to transform your photos, combine images, or apply unique creative styles.
Other AI-powered features, like Circle to Search, let you get additional information about any item on the screen by simply circling, tapping, or highlighting the content.
Your phone also includes useful tools such as Call Screening and Wait for Me, which help save time and avoid unwanted calls.
The Google Tensor G4 is an eight-core processor built on 4nm technology. Its design prioritizes efficiency and artificial intelligence, rather than maximum power. It is present in the Pixel 9 series.
The Google Pixel 10a stands out as the most resistant phone in the A series, thanks to its IP68 certification against water and dust, durable materials and a screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, which offers greater resistance to scratches and falls.
Its 6.3-inch Actua display is 11% brighter than the previous model, displaying vibrant images and videos even in direct sunlight.
In terms of autonomy, the Pixel 10a surpasses its predecessors with a battery that lasts more than 30 hours with normal use and up to 120 hours when activating the Extreme Battery Saver mode. Also, charging is faster compared to the Pixel 9a.
The device will receive operating system, security and exclusive feature updates (Pixel Drops) for seven years. For greater security, it incorporates Satellite SOS in the A series for the first time, allowing emergency services to be contacted even without Wi-Fi or a cellular signal.
The Google Pixel 10a features some of the brand’s most advanced photography tools, available for the first time in the A series.
Among them stands out Auto Best Take, which automatically selects the best moment of each person in a group photo, analyzing several frames so that everyone looks good just by pressing the shutter.
Also new is Camera Coach, powered by Gemini models, which offers personalized advice on lighting and composition in real time, helping to improve the quality of your photos and your skills as a photographer.
Plus, you can easily edit images in Google Photos using voice or text commands, thanks to artificial intelligence. The Add Me feature now supports small and large groups, allowing you to include all family members, and even add yourself to the photo later.
To share your memories, Quick Share is compatible with AirDrop, making it easy to send images and videos no matter what type of device your contacts use.
