Garrigues has joined Ilunion to participate in the ILUNION LEGAL ACADEMY project, which includes Unlimited, the legal practices program that is born in order to create a quarry of professionals of the law with disabilitieshighly qualified and promote their labor inclusion in the legal field.
The Unlimited program seeks to transform the legal sector to make it more diverse and inclusive and is Aimed at law students and Junior professionals with disabilities who want to acquire practical experience and specialized knowledge in the field of company law.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of Ilunion, Alejandro Oñoro, and the executive president of Garrigues, Fernando Vives, in an act in which the objective of the program was reinforced, which allows the participants to acquire essential powers for the exercise of the right, both technical and soft skills and communication, teamwork and problem solving.
In addition, all participants may apply their knowledge in real operations and cases, obtaining an integral vision of the company from a legal perspective.
Ethics and integrity are also encouraged in the practice of law, especially in the relationship with clients, suppliers, offices, legal departments of companies, courts and institutions.
