The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) carried out the arrest and connection to the process of four women and one man for his alleged participation in a fraudulent scheme related to the sale of false jobs in the Health Sector of the CDMX government.

The detainees allegedly posed as public officials to offer immediate jobs in exchange for financial deposits.

According to information provided by the authority, the complaints against those indicated were made between November 2024 and August 2025.

The events were reported by the FGJCDMX through a statement published on its official website.

According to data released by the authority, the group involved requested transfers from the interested parties under the argument of covering union dues and administrative procedures in order to grant them a position in the Health Sector.

The detainees’ instructions to their victims allegedly detailed making deposits into specific accounts or enabling cardless withdrawals.

Subsequently, the amounts were transferred to other accounts to make it difficult to trace them and prevent the identification of the financial route.

Authorities detailed that the investigation made it possible to identify the structure of this scheme, which affected citizen confidence in public procurement processes.

The authority specified that the Investigative Police (PDI) carried out the arrest of the five indicated last November 19, 2025.

The four women and the man were identified as follows:

Likewise, authorities detailed that on November 24, their first hearing was held, where the Control Judge determined their connection to the process and issued a ruling. preventive detention against the four women and the man.

The detained women were transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla Women’s Social Reintegration Centerwhile the man was confined in the North Male Preventive Prison.

The Prosecutor’s Office recalled that The accused persons are presumed innocent and will be treated in accordance with the principle of presumption of innocence. during all stages of the criminal process, as long as his responsibility is not determined by judicial ruling.

The agency urged citizens who have been affected by similar schemes to file a complaint with the nearest Public Ministry agency.

Besides, He stressed that he maintains actions to guarantee justice to the victims of property crimes and to combat practices that affect confidence in the public service, particularly those that involve fraud in job offers. The investigation remains open and the period of complementary investigations is expected to conclude in January 2026.
