There are many who think that the world is going to organize in great nations. The United States is with the Anglo -Saxon world, China is with Asians; Russia with the Slavs, and there is Europe, but, why not think of a Latin American space. It is incredible to think that we are divided into 22 different states. The great civilizations are united, why the Spanish -Americans, who belong to the same culture, do not joinThat weakens us a lot. It is striking that in this war there are so many mercenaries. On the side of Russia there are many of North Korea and other exsovietic republics. On the side of Ukraine there is the same, not only of Colombians but of other Latin American countries.
