US President Donald Trump bought bonds worth at least $51 million in Marchaccording to financial information published on Saturday, and the purchases spanned several sectors.

Trump made 175 financial transactions last month, according to forms released by the US Office of Government Ethics. The forms do not include the exact values ​​of each sale or purchase, but only a range of values ​​for each.

Most of the assets revealed were municipal bonds issued by statescounties, school districts and other entities linked to government agencies or public-private partnerships.

Its 26 largest transactions, in the range of US$1 million to US$5 millionwere primarily municipal bonds or U.S. Treasury bonds, although two of the transactions listed were purchases of corporate issues from Weyerhaeuser and General Motors. He also invested in an exchange-traded fund that tracks a high-yield bond index.

The president bought corporate bonds from the energy, technology, healthcare and financial services sectors, with issuers including Constellation Energy, Occidental Petroleum, Broadcom, Nvidia, Meta Platforms, Microsoft and Wall Street banks Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, as well as Boeing.

The maximum combined value of Trump’s bond purchases across all asset classes is about $161 million.
