With this result, the accumulated inflation in the year amounts to 3%, above 2.8% verified in the same period of 2024
According to a recent report by the Central Bank of Paraguay, the inflation of the month of April of the year 2025, measured by the variation of the Consumer Price Index, CPI, was 0.4%lower than the variation of 0.8% observed in the same month of the previous year.
With this result, accumulated inflation in the year amounts to 3%above 2.8% verified in the same period of the year 2024.
The interannual inflation was 4%, a result less than the 4.4% rate recorded in March of the current, and similar to the rate recorded in the same period of the previous year.
On the other hand, it is indicated that the nucleus inflation registered a monthly variation rate than total inflation (0.5%). Thus, the interannual inflation by this indicator was at a rate of 3.9%, higher than the 3.6% rate obtained in the previous monthand also above the 3.1% rate recorded in April 2024.
