Vitoria, March 28 (EFE).- A 55-year-old man has died in a work accident on a farm located in the Alava town of San Román de San Millán.
According to sources from the Security Department, the incident occurred this Friday around 6:30 p.m.
The Basque Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, Osalan, is investigating the causes of this accident that occurred in a small town in Alava with less than one hundred inhabitants.
This is the second death due to a work accident that has been recorded this week in the Basque Country and in Álava. Last Tuesday, a 41-year-old transporter died at the Olatek wood company, located in the Gojain industrial estate in Legutio (Álava), when the sawdust he was unloading fell on him. EFE
