According to the index, this is because this Asian nation is a global financial center with high incomes, which reduces the risk of its citizens staying illegally in other countries, in addition to its good relations with a large number of countries.
In the list of Henley & PartnersSingapore is followed by Japan and South Korea, with 188 destinations that its citizens can enter without a visa, consolidating the region as a benchmark in global mobility for another consecutive year, tying with the passport of the United Arab Emirates.
However, among some of the most notable behaviors between the 2026 index and its 2025 version, it can be noted that the number of destinations that these countries can enter is in a downward trend, with a reduction of between two and three fewer countries that the leaders of the ranking can enter without a visa.
For its part, Colombia’s is among the 50 most powerful passports in the world, occupying position 38 with the ability to enter 130 countries without a visa.
