The search for formal employment in Lima adds a new alternative for those who want to join the labor market with all the legal benefits. He Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) announced the realization of a new Labor Registrationa free day that will offer 100 vacancies with entry to the payrollaimed especially at people looking for stability and a concrete job opportunity.

The initiative will be developed within the framework of the institutional anniversary of the Labor sector and aims to reduce the gaps in access to employment, especially for those who do not have previous experience. In this edition, the program Productive Young People articulates with the company Alicorpwhich will be in charge of filling the available positions in the industrial sector.

The Labor Registration 2026 will take place this Monday, April 20 from 8:30 am at the MTPE headquarters, located at Salaverry Avenue No. 655, in the district of Jesus Mary. The call is aimed at covering production operator positionswith a formal contract and access to all labor benefits established by law.

According to official information, the vacancies offered by Alicorp contemplate direct entry to the payroll, which includes insurance, bonuses and other labor rights. The work center will be located in the Callaospecifically at the intersection of Argentina and Faucett avenues, in the Carmen de la Legua-Reynoso district, a key area for the country’s industrial and logistics activity.

The requirements to apply are accessible: have between 20 and 45 yearscount on complete secondary and, preferably, live in areas close to the workplace. A key point is that no previous experience is requiredwhich opens the door to young people and adults looking for their first job opportunity or re-entering the market.

To participate in this event, those interested must register in advance through a virtual form enabled by the MTPE. This step is essential to access the selection process that will be carried out during the in-person activity.

From the Labor sector, they highlighted that these types of initiatives seek to promote access to decent employment in Perufacilitating direct contact between formal companies and citizens who need real opportunities. The Registratón has become one of the most visible strategies of the MTPE to promote employability, especially in sectors with high demand for labor such as the production industry.

At the beginning of March, the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) carried out one of the most popular editions of the Labor Registration in Metropolitan Limawhere they offered more than 1,000 formal employment vacancies aimed at people over 18 years of age. The event took place on March 5 at the institutional headquarters located in Jesus Maryand brought together dozens of private companies that were looking to recruit staff immediately.

During the event, attendees were able to apply directly for multiple positions in areas such as sales, customer service, security, production and retail. Among the participating companies, firms such as Konecta, Oxxo, Subway, ISEG Perú, Tambo and La Lucha Partners stood out, which concentrated the largest number of available vacancies. In particular, positions such as loss preventionist, multifunctional collaborator, warehouse operator and sales advisormany of them without requiring previous experience.

The call was aimed at both people looking for their first job and those who wanted to change jobs or improve their working conditions. To participate, applicants had to meet basic requirements such as being of legal age, having completed secondary school, presenting their ID and bringing an updated curriculum vitae. Additionally, the MTPE provided free job training and guidance serviceswith the aim of strengthening skills and improving the employability of participants in future selection processes.
